Varun Dhawan has reportedly been offered a three-film deal by Maddock Films, the production house behind hits like ‘Stree’, ‘Bhediya’, and ‘Zara Hatke Zara Bachke’.
While all three scripts are said to be promising, sources suggest Dhawan is particularly drawn to a folk mythology horror-comedy, a genre Maddock has successfully explored in the past. There’s also renewed buzz around ‘Badlapur 2’, the long-discussed sequel to his 2015 thriller, which may finally be in development.
The final line-up remains unconfirmed, and fans will have to wait for an official announcement to see which stories Dhawan chooses to bring to the screen. If confirmed, the deal would mark a significant collaboration between the actor and one of Bollywood’s most genre-fluid studios.
