As India’s Independence Day approaches on 15 August, speculation is mounting that the teaser for ‘Border 2’ will be unveiled to mark the patriotic occasion.
The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has officially cleared the film’s promotional teaser, which runs for precisely 70 seconds. Passed on Thursday, 7th August, the teaser has been granted a U/A 16+ certificate, suggesting the film will delve into intense and mature themes rooted in patriotism and national sacrifice.
With certification now in place, the teaser is poised for a nationwide release next week, aligning with the spirit of Independence Day.
‘Border 2’ is scheduled to arrive in cinemas on 23 January 2026.
