Arijit Singh, the chart-topping Bollywood singer, is now set to make his directorial debut with a high-profile jungle adventure film, backed by producer Mahaveer Jain.
According to a source quoted by PinkVilla, Arijit has long nurtured the idea of stepping behind the camera, and has been quietly developing an ambitious script alongside Koyel Singh. The project is described as a one-of-its-kind jungle adventure, marking a bold new chapter in the musician’s creative journey.
The script is reportedly finalised, with the production now entering the casting phase. “It’s a large-scale, big-budget jungle adventure, and Arijit has already been working closely with a team on pre-production. Within the next month, the film will move into casting, with plans to secure a top-tier ensemble,” the source added.
