RoboThink & TWPayz jointly sponsor women’s cricket updates on Lyca Radio Network

Lyca Radio Network has formalised an exclusive partnership with RoboThink and TWPayz to support its coverage of the Women’s Cricket World Cup, currently taking place across the UK. The collaboration forms part of the broadcaster’s wider commitment to elevating women’s sport and strengthening its presence within major international tournaments.

Updates throughout the competition will be delivered by Lyca Radio Network’s sports correspondent Kamal Prabhakar, who will travel to key host cities across the UK. His coverage aims to highlight not only the matches themselves but also the broader cultural and sporting significance of women’s cricket at a global level.

RoboThink, known for its STEM‑focused educational programmes for children aged 4 to 14, offers hands‑on learning experiences designed to make science and technology engaging and accessible. TWPayz, meanwhile, provides card‑payment solutions for businesses, helping companies reduce costs associated with their existing payment providers.

Raj Baddhan, CEO of Lyca Radio Network, welcomed the partnership, stating, “We are proud to champion this exciting tournament at a time when women’s sport is receiving the recognition it deserves. As a leading Asian radio network, we consider it our responsibility to highlight and celebrate women’s achievements across all fields. With the remarkable rise of women’s success in sport, this initiative aligns perfectly with our values. We are grateful to RoboThink and TWPayz for joining forces with us, and we look forward to the dynamic coverage Kamal Prabhakar will deliver throughout the competition.”

Kamal Prabhakar added, “My thanks to Lyca Radio Network, TWPayz and RoboThink for their collaboration on this important tournament. Together, we aim to deliver high‑quality coverage that truly celebrates the impact and progress of women in sport.”
