- Entry for the competition starts Monday 5th January 2026 until Monday 26th January 2026
- In order to enter, tune into Lyca Radio Network from 06:00-22:00 Monday to Sunday, listen for the cue to call then send the word ‘MALDIVES’ TO the telephone number supplied for each Lyca station. If your number is chosen, the Lyca Radio presenter will ask you a simple general multiple-choice question. If you choose the correct answer you go into the draw for a five-night stay for two adults at the Maldives per city on Lyca Radio Network as below, if not presenter will move onto the next listener participant. The presenter will decide solely and at random, which listeners to take on-air. The competition has been trailed that listeners will be taken live on-air.

- The presenter’s decision is final. However, winners be void if they have previously won a holiday trip on Lyca Radio Network within the 12-month period preceding the competition date.
- One entry per household. Any entries/winning will be void if more than one person has been selected in one household.

- The Prize
- Economy class return air tickets from a UK airport to Maldives including all taxes for two adults. Winners must arrange their own travel from their home to the UK airport and from the airport in Maldives to the hotel and on the return journey from hotel to the airport in the Maldives and their own travel from the UK airport to their home on the return journey.
- Listeners will have a chance of winning a five-night stay for two adults at either Adaaran Select Hudranfushi, which is a beach villa room and includes premium all-inclusive perks set by Adaaran Resorts. Plus a speed boat transfer.
Or Adaaran Adaaran Select Meedhupparu, which is a beach villa room and incudes premium all-inclusive perks set by Adaaran Resorts. Plus a sea plane transfer.
Or Adaaran Club Rannalhi, which is a classic ocean-view room and includes all-inclusive perks set by Adaaran Resorts. Plus a speed boat transfer.
Subject to availability and blackout dates as determined by the hotel T&Cs apply. - The Prize is valid for until 31st December 2026 and under no circumstances is the validity period extended. - The Prize must be booked as early as possible and all other dates are subject to availability and approval by the hotel. Once the booking is confirmed it cannot be changed.
- Other than accommodation, travel, etc outlined in Point 6. a), b) and c) no additional benefits or subsistence is included with this prize. The winner & their guest must cover all costs with regard to any additional subsistence including but not restricted to meals/drinks/snacks consumed during the flights & during their stay in the Maldives.
- Travel dates are between 10th April to 15 December 2026 only and Adaaran Resorts works on a Green Tax of USD 12 per person, per night will be charged
- Participants must be aged 18 or over.
- The winner & their guest must arrange their own travel insurance. All prize winners must ensure they hold valid travel insurance to cover them and their guest for the entire duration of the prize trip and this must be fully comprehensive and organised pre-departure.
- The winner & guest must hold a valid passport and visa (if required) for travel to Maldives (must be pre-arranged at the winners’ cost).
- Prize for this competition cannot be transferred to another person, it cannot be changed, there is no cash, credit or alternative prize offered
- Lyca Media II Ltd (Lyca Radio Network) and Southall Travel assumes no responsibility for any illness, injury or accident which the winners may suffer for whatever reason while travelling to or from the airports or any other related journey or incident.
