Lyca Radio has expanded its reach across the Midlands, with transmission now live in Coventry, Derbyshire, Wolverhampton and Shropshire, on full-scale DAB digital radio.
The expansion builds on Lyca Radio’s existing presence in Birmingham and Leicestershire, extending its audience base across the region. Listeners in the newly added areas are able to tune into the Midlands feed, which features a line‑up of popular presenters including Ravi Sharma, Sarita Sabharwal, Bali Brahmbhatt, Kajal, Deep Rajah, Radiowalli and Raj Baddhan.

Lyca Radio first launched in Leicestershire in October 2024, followed by Birmingham earlier this year. The Midlands service forms part of the wider Lyca Radio Network, which also includes Lyca Radio and Lyca Gold in Greater London. In 2022, the network acquired Asian Sound Radio, later rebranded as Lyca Radio – Greater Manchester, consolidating its national presence.
