Lyca Radio has been confirmed as the exclusive radio partner for the much‑anticipated concert by 1990s musical icon Kumar Sanu, taking place at the prestigious Royal Albert Hall on Bank Holiday Monday, 25 May.
The event, helmed by Rock On Music, UKEventLife and Empreo Events, brings one of Bollywood’s most celebrated playback voices back to a landmark London stage. The concert is supported by sponsors Pepe’s Piri Piri, PRC Direct, Berico UK, with catering by Ragasaan.
Kumar Sanu, whose voice defined an era of Hindi cinema, is known for timeless hits such as ‘Tujhe Dekha To’, ‘Mera Dil Bhi Kitna Pagal Hai’, ‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha’, ‘Do Dil Mil Rahe Hain’ and ‘Chura Ke Dil Mera’. His signature romantic melodies and unmistakable vocal style made him one of the most influential artists of the 1990s.
Adding to the occasion, Sanu will also be performing alongside his daughter, Shannon Kumar, marking a special musical collaboration between generations.
Described as a celebration of music that shaped a generation, the concert promises an evening of nostalgia, melody and classic Bollywood romance.
