London, UK – May 2026: Thousands of shoppers from across London gathered at Beckton Retail Park over the May Bank Holiday weekend for the hugely anticipated Food Bazaar Fish Sale, celebrating its 8th successful year as one of the capital’s biggest community shopping events.
Held from 2–4 May 2026, the three-day event transformed the 50,000 sq. ft. shopping warehouse into a vibrant destination for families and bargain hunters looking for unbeatable offers on frozen fish, seafood, rice, pulses, cooking oils, vegetables, household essentials, and grocery products — all available under one roof at near cost prices.
The event created a lively atmosphere filled with entertainment, family shopping experiences, and strong community spirit. Throughout the weekend, Lyca Radio delivered live broadcasts directly from the venue, engaging visitors and capturing the excitement of the event as it unfolded.
One of the major highlights was the popular Disha Rice tasting station presented by RS Foods, where visitors enjoyed freshly prepared biryani made using Disha Supreme Pure Basmati Rice. The live tastings received an overwhelming response from shoppers, adding flavour and energy to the event experience.
Additionally, Lyca Radio recorded a special podcast throughout the event, capturing the excitement, community spirit, and customer experiences across all three days.
